Music Coordinator and Associate Professor Arthur Hernandez has announced the Concerts @ Capital events for February. The series of free, public concerts  will kick off  Thursday, February 11th at Centinel Hill Hall auditorium at 7 p.m. with a performance by The Alturas Duo and Brazilian flute virtuoso James Strauss.
