Capital’s music program led by Associate Professor Arthur Hernandez has announced the fall 2012 schedule of Concerts @ Capital, the free, public performance series at the College’s Centinel Hill Hall auditorium at the downtown campus. All concerts begin at 6 pm.

 The series opens Thursday September 20^th with Tanya Anismova (violoncello) and Ps-Hsun Shih (Piano) and will feature the music of Shostakovich, Anismova and Locatelli.

 Fall performances will include Artem Bulogurov, piano, September 27^th; Magnus Martensson, classical comedy; the Hartford Composers Concert Series featuring Robert Carl and Arthur Hernandez, October 25^th; Los Valientes celebrating Hispanic Cultural Awareness, November 8^th and student performances featuring Top Floor and the Capital Jazz Ensemble, December 4^th.
