The winter  2013 edition of THE CORRESPONDENT is now available with stories on recent news and highlights of the fall semester at Capital Community College (CCC).

The Correspondent is a newsletter for donors, friends, alumni, faculty, staff and students of the College.

“We’re pleased to share recent developments and news of new support for the college in this issue,” says President Wilfredo Nieves. “We will be sharing more about Capital in subsequent issues in 2013.”

A publication of the Office of Institutional Advancement and the CCC Foundation, The Correspondent name comes from a campus newsletter from the 1980s established by the late Professor Emeritus Charles Darling, who was the college webmaster, poet and creator of the online Guide to Grammar & Writing.

Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall editions are planned this year. Submissions and comments are welcome to the Advancement office.   The deadline for consideration of stories in the next edition is March 15, 2013.
